While The Sandwich Guy is predominantly concerned with the taste and texture of a sandwich, sometimes especially creative sandwich designs deserve recognition as well. The above is what is called 'The Rubix Cubewich," which was submitted to the website insanewiches.com, a site worth viewing and filled with bizarre and intriguing sandwiches. The Rubix Cubewich is constructed with cubes of kielbasa, pastrami, salami, pork fat, and two types of cheddar, wedged between two pieces of toast. While it does not truly represent all of the others of a proper Rubix Cube (perhaps some chopped up blue potatoes for the blue aspect of the cube? come on guys), the Sandwich Guy does admit that the idea for this sandwich is eye catching. And yes, with a little spicy brown mustard on the side, I guess it would be pretty damn tasty.
